'Extras' -> 'Erweitert' -> 'Zertifikate' -> 'Zertifizierungsstellen' -> 'Importieren'
bzw.
'Bearbeiten' -> 'Einstellungen' -> 'Erweitert' -> 'Zertifikate' -> 'Zertifikate'(Button) -> 'Zertifizierungsstellen' -> 'Importieren' Select the saved certificate.

Internet Explorer

Click on the link and select 'save'. After the dowload process:
'Extras' -> 'Internetoptionen' -> 'Inhalte' -> 'Herausgeber' -> 'Importieren'
Select the saved certificate and save it under 'trusted authorities'.
