Infrared properties and stability of organic semiconductor layers
The master student's experimental work is dedicated to the infrared spectroscopy of new kinds of organic molecules deposited on clean substrates under ultra-high vacuum (UHV) conditions Main subjects of the studies are the vibrational modes, the molecular ordering, and the thermal stability of the layers. The work includes participation in the upgrade of the experimental set up, sample preparation, spectroscopy, and computer based data analysis.
