I am the leader of the group Quantum Optics Theory, based at the Kirchhoff-Institute for Physics and the Institute for Theoretical Physics at Heidelberg University.
Previously, I was senior postdoc with Peter Zoller at IQOQI and the University of Innsbruck. I did my PhD with Maciej Lewenstein at ICFO -- The Institute of Photonic Sciences, and my Diploma thesis in the group of Ignacio Cirac at the Max-Planck Institute of Quantum Optics and the Technical University Munich.
