The Fineplacer is a tool to place components with bottom sided contact pins (e.g. BGAs, LGAs or QFNs).
At our rework workplace we can do soldering and repair work. We have various tools to choose from for this purpose. These includes soldering stations with normal soldering irons, as well as special soldering irons in the form of tweezers for desoldering ICs or SMD components. There is also a desoldering station with suction, which is mainly used for THT assembly. In addition we have the option of processing circuit boards, components, etc. with bottom heat, top heat or with direct hot air.
