To make the search for accommodation for participants of the workshop as convenient as possible, we have pre-reserved rooms for Dark Matter @ LHC 2018 at various hotels at all price levels. The rooms shall be booked independently by the participants themselves until 4 March 2018 through this link. Most hotels are in maximum 1/2 hour walking distance from the conference venue, and all can easily be reached by tram or bus.
Note that the Panorama hotel with a view of the Neckar river could be pre-reserved only up to 8 weeks in advance of the conference.
There is a possibility to stay at the International Science Forum Centre of the University of Heidelberg, in an art nouveau villa with its lovely garden directly below the Heidelberg castle, at the end of the old city, for a discounted rate of 79 €/night including breakfast (it is at a somewhat longer distance though).
