Mihai Petrovici gave a talk in the tutorial session on "Stochastic inference and learning with spiking neurons". The workshop on Programmable plasticity on neuromorphic hardware was lead by Christian Pehle and the Capo Caccia Single Neuron Challenge was lead by Akos Kungl and Laura Kriener.
