This page shows different pictures taken during special chip measurements of sensitive nodes, etc. With an UV laser the polyimide of the Beetle chip was removed to get access to these sensitve nodes.The first two picture shows the upper right corner of the pipeline control logic. The upper opening allows access to the signal ROAmpReset, whereas the lower polyimide opening gives access to the MuxTrack signal.
