Focused Ion Beam (FIB)

To verify a possible modification in the existing digital core of a Beetle 1.3 chip, a Focused Ion Beam (FIB) patch was realised at two Beetle 1.3 chips.Here are some pictures from the patch of chip no. ACCP1PX_09:
