A sudden busy condition of the data receiving stage can be
flagged to Helix128-2 by pulling low TransmitEnable; it then stops
transmitting data and starts again when TransmitEnable is
pulled up (this condition is checked at the falling Rclk
edge).
TransmitEnable is internally pulled up to +2 V.
