With this second bulletin we would like to inform you about the status
of preparations for the Symposium.
The agenda of the Symposium is now available in the CERN Indico conference
system at

Every speaker should be able to upload the slides of the talk at this page.
If you had no Indico account before, you should have received an automatic
notification asking you to create an account.
If you didn't register at Indico registration page, please, do it now at
http://indico.cern.ch/confRegistrationFormDisplay.py/display?confId=46117
This registration form helps us to book a proper accomodation for you,
and to organise the social dinner.
For a smooth processing of the reimbursement of your travel costs,
we ask you to print and fill the appropriate form posted at
http://www.kip.uni-heidelberg.de/extradim/practical/expenses.php
Please, bring the filled form to the registration desk on the first day of
the Symposium together with the bill for your ticket or with a photocopy
of the ticket.
If you come by airplane, we urge you to buy the ticket now, since typically the plane ticket prices run high, as the date of the flight is approaching. If you didn't inform us about the details of your flights yet, please, don't forget to do this, as we shall organise a shuttle transfer for you from/to the Frankfurt Airport.
From CERN the most convenient way is to come by train.
