Dear Invited Speakers,
Thank you for accepting our invitation to speak at the Hengstberger Symposium on "Extra Dimensions and Mini Black Holes" to be held on 24 and 25 July 2009 in Heidelberg. With this bulletin we would like to provide you with the first practical information concerning this meeting.

We ask you to register as a participant at the CERN Indico conference management system.
The preliminary program is already posted at the webpage.
We would like to ask you to book your travel to Heidelberg well in advance, and inform us of your travel agenda and travel costs. This will allow us to timely prepare your reimbursement and to arrange for the shuttle service from and to Frankfurt Airport. Due to budget constraints we have allocated up to 1100 Euro for travel costs from the US and Canada and up to 300 Euro for travel costs from Europe. Further details can be found at the symposium webpage. If you come by air plane, please, inform us of the arrival time, airline and flight number.
We will cover up to three nights of accommodation. If you prefer to stay for a longer period of time please indicate this in your Indico registration information such that we can make the hotel booking accordingly.
