The listed footprints are optimized for the S4 pick and place machine. That means, the footprints are with respect to polarity, name and symbol-origin changed.
It is very important that the above-mentioned parameter leave unchanged! Is the automatic production planned for your board, you have to use the official footprint-library and reference-mark from this github-repository:

Is the preferred footprint not yet available, it is possible to create your own in compliance with the rules listed here!
